Kathryn Irene Bailey, March 7, 1971, who married David Brent McMichael.
Elizabeth Ann Bailey, March 18, 1972, who married Hudson Pike Henry.
Education:
Emmetsburg, Iowa Public Schools, graduating from high school in 1954; Emmetsburg Junior College, 1954-55; Grinnell (Iowa) College, B.A., 1958; State University of Iowa, M.D., 1962; State University of Iowa, Urology Residency 1965-1969.
Migration:
Left Emmetsburg for Grinnell College in 1955. After graduation from Grinnell in1958 moved to Iowa City for four years to attend medical school. Moved then to Fresno, California, for one year of rotating internship. Moved to Orange County California, and served in the United States Navy; attached to the United States Marine Corps for two years. Lived for most of that time in Newport Beach, California. Returned then to Iowa City in 1965 for residency in Urology. Then settled in Salem, Oregon, in 1969 where he still resides.

Physician, specializing in urology. Private practice, Salem, Oregon, 1969-2004.
Other activities:
Multiple professional organizations, including leadership roles in Marion Polk Medical Society, Oregon Urologic Association, Salem Hospital Medical Staff, Blue Cross Blue Shield or Oregon. Active in Rotary International. Served on a variety of community boards. Enjoies traveling, reading, gardening, golf, theater, music etc. Currently attends St. Paul’s Episcopal Church, Salem Oregon.

Sloan Peckam McCormick (January 4, 1909 - September 14, 1982) and Irene Elizabeth McCormick, (October 17, 1917 - October 15 1995).
Thomas Allen Bailey is the son of Allen Ransom Bailey (1898 – 1952)
and Kathryn Gunvor Ausland Bailey (1902 – 1991).
